Shipping Policy
Orders usually require 1 to 2 days to be processed for shipping by our courier. Once shipment information is sent to our courier, it will be delivered on the next day.
In certain situations, we may experience delay in order processing due to load and overall shipment will be delayed. Our policy does not allow delaying the shipping more than 4 days unless it is specified on the product information page.
You should receive an email confirming your order shortly after you have placed it. If you do not receive that email, please check your Spam folder and see if you can locate it (Please mark “Not as Spam” to receive the emails directly into your Inbox).
Returns Policy
If you find a defect in your product then you can return it after notifying us within 3 days of your purchase.
Your purchase must be returned in a sell-able condition, with the original packaging, including manuals, parts and your receipt or packing slip.
Centralcool does not offer any return policy unless a defect is identified in the purchased products.
